Steve Martin – Franchise Owner and Licensed Home Inspector

• Franchise owner since 2007, holds his North Carolina Home Inspector license, North Carolina General Contractors license and is Infrared Certified.
• Steve has been married to Angie for more than 20 years and together they have two boys who share the same birthday.
• When not working on the business, Steve can be found with his family, spending time outdoors or watching Patriots football.
• If you ask what Steve enjoys about inspecting, Steve says it’s that fact that every day is something new. You get to see different house, meet different people and discover new issues. He also finds satisfaction is being able to help people through the purchase process by educating them and answering their questions. It’s important that buyers are able to make an educated decision.

Roger Kendrick – Licensed Home Inspector

• Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector since 2010.
• Roger has been married to Cheryl for 20 years has 5 children.
• As for hobbies, Roger enjoys wood working and working with his church’s youth group.
• Roger’s favorite thing about being a home inspector is meeting different people every day.

Carey Benefiel – Licensed Home Inspector

• Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector.
• Graduate of The Home Inspection Training Center.
• Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
• In addition to his home inspectors license, Carey also holds a Class A Waste Water License and Pesticide License.
• Married to Sarah and has two step daughters.

JW Lucas – Licensed Home Inspector

• Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector.
• Graduate of The Home Inspection Training Center.
• Active NCAA Division 1 basketball referee.
• Married to Linda and together they have three beautiful daughters.
• JW is a seasoned house “flipper” turned home inspector.
• In his free time, if JW isn’t with his family, you will find him hunting.
